1 Assist Access/Maintain Employ
⚪ Individuals and groups who receive workplace assistance can utilize professional networks to locate and contact employers.The Assist Access/Maintain Employee program will help employees maintain their jobs after they have obtained them.
2 Assist-Life Stage, Transition
⚪ Supports in this registration group are designed to help participants better coordinate their various supports while also improving their ability to live independently and be active in their communities. Transitioning between the various stages of life is difficult and can be particularly difficult for people living with disabilities; Assist-Life Stage, Transition exists to make those transitions go as smoothly as possible by providing individualized support.
3 Assist Personal Activities
⚪It covers support with everyday personal activities that assist you to live as independently as possible at home and in the community.
4 Assist Travel/Transport
⚪Transport enables participants to access disability supports outside their home, and to pay for transport that helps them to achieve the goals in their plan.
5 Assistance with daily life tasks – Group/Shared living
⚪This includes assistance with daily life task in a group or shared living. Our support services can be make use of for a short term or long term, our assistance with daily life task is blended with different curriculum activities including developing skills and self-care.
6 Innovative Community Participation
⚪This support item is designed to allow providers to offer new and innovative services to NDIS participants.
7 Development Life Skills
⚪Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the customer or their career to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible.
8 Household Tasks
⚪Assistance with household tasks enables participants to maintain their home environment. This may involve undertaking essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake.
9 Participate Community
⚪This funding covers the NDIS participants need to meet goals relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities. These activities may be provided in a centre or in a community setting.
10 Group/Centre Activities
⚪It is designed to assist and encourage participants to join in community, social and recreational activities with a group.
